Look of the Day: Rich Orange Sunset!

My main inspiration for this look was this gorgeous orange eyeshadow I bought from MUD Cosmetics a few months ago, called "Firebrick."  I was dying to finally put it to use, so basically created a whole makeup look surrounding this one eye color.  Everything I did had to cater to the orange....from the yellow I used on the inner corner of the eye, to the chocolate brown I used above the lid.  I topped the look off with a pair of spiky, dramatic Ardell lashes.  Then headed off to my photo shoot! :)

Overall Look (kept the face clean and me some bronzer! ):

Sideview (Btw, I LOVE these wooden earrings!  My friend, Malika, brought them back from South Africa for me a couple years ago!   ...lost them for a while, then found them again! ) :

  1. Your makeup is phenomenal!! Do you have any advice on blending?

    Kimberly, FWB

  2. Thank you so much! :)...When it comes to blending, you have to make sure you're using the right tools! I use a FLUFFY eyeshadow brush (dense brushes just pack more product on) and blend in a windshield wiper motion...thanks for reading!
